Insurance & Cancellation Policy

We are not able to refund or cancel bookings other than as listed below, so please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the cost of your holiday with us should not be able to come and stay. We will ask for confirmation you have insurance in place before confirming your stay with us.

Due to our remote (but stunning) location, our clients normally book a year in advance. Therefore, we can’t easily or quickly fill a geodesic dome with another booking if you want to cancel, so we offer the following options.  

  1. If you wish to amend your booking, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. Subject to availability and the conditions in 2 to 4 below, amendments or cancellations to your booking will be made. Transferred dates must be within the same booking season.
  2. 4 months or more before arrival date – In the first instance we will amend the booking to a later date in the same booking season.  If this cannot be arranged, we will offer a 50% voucher for you to use the following season.
  3. up to 2 months before arrival date – In the first instance we will amend the booking to a later date in the same booking season.  If this cannot be arranged, we will offer a 25% voucher to the following season.
  4. Less than 2 months before arrival date – We are sorry but in this time scale we are no longer able to offer the ability to amend the booking and no refund or voucher for a future booking can be offered.
  5. If due to unavoidable reasons we are forced to cancel your booking we will endeavour to offer you the option of an alternative subject to availability within the same or the following season.  No other compensation is available.
  6. All outstanding balances with respect to your booking and any additional fees must be paid prior to your arrival.
